Installing and configuring the robotics hardware and software at Blue Sky Robotics' facilities.
Testing: Conducting thorough testing to ensure the proper functioning of all components and systems.
User Acceptance Testing: Engaging stakeholders to validate that the robotics system meets the predefined requirements and expectations.
TRAINING AND ONGOING SUPPORT PHASE
As part of the monthly subscription. Blue Sky Robotics provides support to your operations team.
On-Site Training:
Providing comprehensive training sessions for staff members to familiarize them with the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the robotics system.
Immediate Training Following Implementation: Ensuring that training sessions are conducted promptly after implementation to maximize staff competency.
Video Training
We will provide online videos for the basic operations and troubleshooting of the system.
Phone/Video and Email Tech Support:
We offer ongoing technical support via phone and email to address any issues or queries that may arise.
Included in Monthly Subscription Fee: Providing support services as part of the monthly subscription fee to ensure continuous assistance and maintenance.
